Full distance 16 week training plans: Start 1 October 2012 - $69.00

There are 4 types of full distance 16 week programs:

  1. New athlete standard training
  2. Athlete with limited training time
  3. Intermediate level athlete (completed an Olympic distance race in last 12 months)
  4. A plan that incorporates the use of a heart rate monitor

 

Half distance 12 week training plans: Starts 29 October 2012 – $59.00

There are 3 types of half distance 12 week programs:

  1. New athlete standard training
  2. Intermediate level athlete (completed an Sprint distance race in last 12 months)
  3. A plan that incorporates the use of a heart rate monitor
